MARVLIS PSAP Monitor 1.4.12

The MARVLIS™ PSAP Monitor serves as a mobile companion application for the Forecast LE product line, offering an intuitive map interface that displays active 911 calls and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) data. This integration with computer-aided dispatch systems (CAD) is achieved within a secure, cloud-compatible environment. Key operational metrics, including call volume, distribution, and fleet load, provide dispatchers and administrators with essential insights into the ongoing state of operations.

Beyond its core operational data, the MARVLIS PSAP Monitor can incorporate various additional data types and feeds to enhance its information-rich map display. Organizations can leverage their GIS data from cloud sources or map services hosted on their own ArcGIS Server. Moreover, users can access a plethora of online basemaps from Esri™, encompassing aerial imagery and street maps. The application also supports real-time data feeds such as weather alerts, traffic updates, and Department of Transportation (DOT) information, thereby improving situational awareness and responsiveness to changing conditions.

It is important to note that usage of this application is restricted to current MARVLIS Forecast LE customers.

The Mobile Area Routing and Vehicle Location Information System™ (MARVLIS) represents a suite of integrated products focused on optimizing resource allocation and service deployment.
